How to Connect your Blogger to google Analytics

 I created a tech blog using google
blogger platform but I had some problem
connecting my blog to use Google analytics
and if you are having the same issue then be
rest assured that after reading this article you
will get through it the easy way.
I assumed you have created google analytics
account for your website if not then create
one and get ready to link your blogger to the
analytics account.
I first followed the normal instruction on how
to connect or link blogger to analytics which is
to login to blogger dashboard, then settings,
others, then navigate down to the page to see
where to add Analytics Web Property ID as
you can see on the image below.
After adding my google analytics ID as
instructed I waited to see statistics of my
blogger for more than 2 days and yet I can't
see anything until I decided to play around and
I discovered that connecting or linking blogger
to analytics is more simple than I thought.
Before I proceed I will like to tell you how
important it is to connect your blogger to
analytics, first analytics helps you to
understand your audience, where they came
from, what they are doing and what they are
interested in.
Understanding your audience will help you to
know their interest, how to retain them and
how to make them come back for more, once
you know all this information you will know
where to channel your effort based on your
audience interest.
Knowing there interest will as well help you to
make more money on your website since you
know their area of interest, apart from knowing
your audience behavior and interest, google
analytics helps you to monitor your website
health and performance to know when you are
doing well and when you need to add more
effort to your work.

How to Connect your Blogger to Google
Analytics
Back to business, connecting your blogger to
Google Analytics is simple, you can follow the
first instruction " login to blogger dashboard,
then settings, others, then navigate down to
the page to see where to add Analytics Web
Property ID" after adding the code go back to
analytics and see if it works
But if it fails like mine then simply go to
analytics and get the whole analytics code and
add it as widgets on your blogger template and
it will definitely work.
